We recently had a long weekend at this apart hotel and can say that we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is brilliant - you’ve got lots of choices of bars, cafes, shops and a supermarket all within a few minutes walk and, as it’s a bustling area, it never felt unsafe. The apartment was a good size (there were 3 adults in ours) and the kitchen was really well equipped (fridge, kettle, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). There was a cupboard in reception with things that you could borrow as well if there were additional things needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size too (in fact our only complaint was a heavy shower head that kept flopping- we did report to reception but wasn’t fixed, room 1401). Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and there was always someone around. You are given a code for the main door so can use that if no reception staff are at the desk. There’s a small stock in reception of things you might want to buy (milk, beer, etc) and this is really handy. There is also a small Carrefour about a minute away if you want to buy more groceries. We were also surprised to find a lovely garden at the back of reception that had some seating and tables - perfect for an evening drink or lunch (it was like a little oasis as it was so quiet). We found that we used metro line 12 (Abbesses station) the most during our time there but you’re also close to other stations and lines. For the price we paid for our stay, it was excellent value for money and I’d recommend

Pretty happy with this apartment. However, on booking I stipulated to NOT provide a single bed. I’ve had too many experiences with European hotels providing single beds, when you’re a solo traveller. What the…….I’ve not slept on a single bed for over 40 years (apart from euro hotels). Unfortunately, they had the twin beds pushed together, made up of separate single sheets. It was a single bed situation. When I asked the next morning for double bed sheets, they said it would cost me 18.00euros for housekeeping to change the sheets. There’s no daily housekeeping here. I said give me the sheets and I’ll change them, they obliged me. I like that I can open the windows for fresh air. Kitchenette was stocked ok, it no toaster. Possible too many fire alarms with burnt toast. The previous review mentioning the people sitting around outside the theatre, was not a problem. They weren’t trouble makers. Well stocked Supermarket 5 mins walk. As a single female traveller, I found this hotel very secure. Front door and lift on permanent security.

Great location in Montmarte, nice of staff to store luggage before check in. Rooms are spacious for Paris but my oh my this place is filthy. The room needs a really good scrub with bleach and a massive wipe down. Dust everywhere, floor dirty, everything felt gross and dirty. Super disappointing. Dirty stained, thin towels, stained bedding. A big no.

I loooove Montmartre....but this one... uff, bad. No A/C. Rooms very small. Bathroom ...watch out for flooding when you shower. Lots of noise from the neighbors if you get a room that leads to the inner courtyard. I stayed at this hotel twice: once before renovation, once after. And the renovation made it worse. Disappointing.

The location of our aparthotel really is ideal, in a lively neighbourhood so sometimes it can be loud outside. We stayed here as a family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The apartment was lovely - clean, spacious and great view (1500). The hotel’s location was spot on too - not far to walk into the centre of Paris and near to all the sights in Montmartre.
